Warranty/Return Policy: GpsSpecials offers a return period of 15 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to RMA@GpsLady.com or call 877-711-4349 and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% if not defective. Defective items will be replaced.
Please note: All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and all accessories. For this reason, units that have been installed, severely scratched, or abused will not be accepted for return or credit and must be returned directly via the manufacturer. In addition, any software that has been opened can only be returned directly to the manufacturer. If you have uploaded or altered software into any unit it can't be returned to us, it must be sent to the MFR for their warranty service. Also once you register your product with the MFR it cannot be returned to us. Please contact the MFR for repair for registered products.
Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! Before you send merchandise back, please be sure to check that you have not left any of your own memory cards or other accessories in the unit. Because they are sent to our distribution warehouse there is no way for us to retrieve items and send back to you.
Shipping to and from is not refundable.

1) Original Order Number 2) Billing Name and Address: 3) Reason for Return 4) Indicate that you seek a replacement (if so, whether you want the same item or a different one)
5) Items returned without authorization will be refused, you must contact us for an RMA number and approval first.
All returns are subject to a15% restocking fee for units that are sent back to us because "customer ordered by mistake", "customer changed mind", "customer doesn't need", "Not what expected", etc.
Please call us if you need help deciding what product is best for you before ordering. Also if you have a local retailer we reccommend you see the product in person before ordering so you are sure you are getting the right product for your needs. Holiday and weekends shipping is not available.
